Sometimes it is really hard to find the best beauty products out there. And honestly trying to find a full face of makeup products is incredibly difficult! However, StyleKorean and Myself are here to help you out!
1. Sunscreen
Klairs – Mid day Sunscreen
This is my all time favorite sunscreen. It gives your skin a brighten and rejuvenated look in the mornings! I use this sunscreen everyday before I put on my makeup. The formula is watery, but still thick almost like a lotion. This sunscreen also contains PA++ which is amazing for you! This is a great product by Klairs that will start off your makeup!
2. Primer
Innisfree Mineral Makeup Base
Honestly Innisfree has some of the best primers I have seen from Korean beauty brands. This primer also has SPF and PA++ so if you don’t want to use a sunscreen, or maybe just want some extra protection this primer is great! This Mineral makeup base is a multi functional base, which has tone correction, UV block, moisture balance. If you have any of type of skin problem is primer will create a great base for you foundation. The purple color also helps will dull complexion.
3. Cushion
COSRX Clear Fit Blemish Cushion
I just started using this cushion around 1 month ago and honestly it has become one of my top favorite cushions! This is by COSRX and COSRX is known for their skincare and acne treatment. This cushion goes in line with that brand, it is prefect for someone with acne prone or problematic skin. This cushion will not only cover your acne, but will also heal them at the same time. This is a great, kinda matte cushion that will give you a natural finish!
4. Concealer
Huxley Relaxing Concealer
Huxley is a newer Korean brand to me. I have not heard much about this brand, or tried anything from them until just recently. After ordering a cushion from StyleKorean I was give a bunch of samples, which is amazing! A couple of the samples were from the brand Huxley, including this concealer. After trying this and a couple of their other products I now love this brand! This concealer is full coverage and works great for any hyper pigmentation or problem areas. However, the concealer is still light and airy after applied.
5. Contour
Etude house Play 101 Stick Contour Duo
Contour is actually something kind of hard to find in Korea. But, this one is actually one of the very few Korean Contour kits that is good! This is by Etude House, which is a highly popular brand that continues to make great products. This contour stick comes with two shades, one for your dark contour and one for your lighter contour. The formula of this product is very creamy and gives you a light and moist feeling.
6. Blush
3CE Mood Recipe Face Blush
3CE is a brand that came from Stylenanda, which is a Korean fashion company. Honestly I didn’t think this company would make good makeup, considering they are a clothing company. But boy was I wrong! 3CE is one of my favorite brands and everything they make is amazing, including this blush! This blush is a really light pink that gives you a natural glow. The color melts into your skin and gives you a natural blush finish. One other great thing is that this product has sebum-controlling powders absorbs sweat and sebum, allowing product to blend without clumping, imparting seamless color that lasts all day long!
7. Highlighter
Holika Holika Hello holika blusher
Honestly, I prefer American brand highlighter just because American makeup brands know how to make bomb highlighter that can make your face look amazing and bright. But, because this a full face with Korean makeup products, I chose my favorite Korean highlighter. This highlighter is one that combines a bunch of colors that great the illusion of bright skin. You mix all the colors together on your brush and lightly brush your skin!
8. Powder
Skinfood Peach Cotton Multi Finish Powder
Skinfood is another Korean brand that is highly praised for their skincare, so all of their makeup helps out your skin as well! I absolutely LOVE this powder, it has a slight peach smell that lasts on your skin! This is a loose powder that I think really evens out my skin tone and makes my skin look flawless! This is also a finishing powder that controls excessive sebum with sebum control powder, while calming troubles with peach extract and calamine powder, for healthy skin!
9. Eyebrows
Skinfood Choco Eyebrow Powder Cake
Personally, I prefer powder products for filling in my eyebrows. I think powder creates a more natural look and makes your eyebrows look a lot more full then if you were to use a pencil or tint. Skinfood makes a create powder eyebrow product! This product comes with two shades, to either use separately or to blend to create your ideal color. This is one of my go to’s when filling in my eyebrows everyday!
10. Eyeshadow
3CE Mood Recipe Multi Eye Color Palette
This is the holy grail of eyeshadow products! The BEST Korean eyeshadow product I have ever used!! This eyeshadow is so pigmented and so smooth. This eyeshadow has seamless sebum control and plant-derived silica efficiently absorbs oil on your eyelids, leaving a crease-, fallout-,and clump-free finish that adheres seamlessly into the skin. Also, glittery color payoff with synthetic pearl mica pigments create sharper color payoff with more intense shimmer. As well as a pure, translucent color payoff.
Without any typical stuffiness that comes from powder, this eye shadow imparts translucent and buildable color,leaving your eyes looking fresh and clear. This eyeshadow comes in 3 colors and all three have their advantages and disadvantages!\
11. Eyeliner
Tonymoly Mark Waterproof Gel Liner
Tonymoly has just recently re-branded their whole company. Their new brand is so good and every product they have pushed since re-branding has been amazing! This is one of my favorite eyeliners, because not only is it amazing and smooth but it is also so cute and looks great in your makeup collection! This eyeliner is a gel liner that glides on so smooth and lasts all day without drying out!
12. Mascara
Innisfree Skinny Microcara
I have tried ALOT of different mascara, and this one by Innisfree tops almost all of those. I love this mascara because it is light and never clumps, but also gives you so much length and fullness. It can easily be washed off with lukewarm water, has a 2.5mm micro brush expresses each eyelash. Double coating system for stronger waterproof effect.
Has an air light powder and fiber express long lashes as well as plant extract soothes, moisturizes and protects the eyes!
13. Lips
Peripera Cloud Ink Velvet
I have talked about Peripera’s lip products before, and I’m gonna talk about them again because they are just that amazing! Any of these colors will make your lips pop! The formula is so great, it doesn’t dry out your lips or crack, but as gives them a matte and airy feel. Honestly, I think they make your lips look like cloud and they also feel amazing giving you moisturize for so long!
